Our Unique Ordering System

What makes Kiwi Hampers unique is our ability to create one order that can be sent out to more than one person. This means a customer can order a holiday gift hamper for their daughter in Auckland, a gourmet gift hamper for their uncle in Christchurch and a Christmas gift hamper for themselves within the same order.

What's more, we will only charge your credit card once and we can deliver the order to the different addresses at no extra charge!

Getting Started

Purchasing your Kiwi Hamper is as easy as following these steps.

  1. Choose one of our categories from the menu on the left of this page. You can do this by clicking the title of the link, "Gourmet Gift Baskets", for example. This will open a new page with a list of the Gift Hampers within this category.

  2. Choose a Gift Hamper that you like the look of. You can do this by clicking on the title of the Hamper, "Tea for Two", for example. This will open a new page with a short description of the Hamper and its contents. If you wish to keep exploring the site, click the "Back" link which will take you back to the previous category page.

  3. If you like the look of the Gift Hamper, click the "Add to Cart" link to purchase the Gift Basket. This will add the Hamper to your cart. You can either continue to shop by pressing "Next" or to complete your order, press the "Checkout Now!" link on the far right menu.

  4. If you have chosen to complete the order, you will be asked to Login or Register with Kiwi Hampers. If this is your first time shopping with us, you will need to follow our easy registration process.

  5. Once you have registered and logged in, you will need to click the "Checkout Now!" link again. If you have more than one hamper in your order, you will be asked if you would like them all sent to the same address or to different ones. Choose which option applies to you by click on the appropriate box. This will open a new page.

  6. Enter the message you would like on your gift card. This is an optional extra and can be left blank if you do not wish to include a message. Once you have finished entering your message click the "Next" button. You will be asked whether you would like to send the Gift Hamper to your own address or another.

  7. Once you have selected who you want to send the Gift Hamper to, you will then be asked when you would like the Hamper to be sent. This is handy for organising birthday deliveries, otherwise you can choose the Hamper to be delivered as soon as possible (Please note: Deliveries are overnight for the North Island or two days to the South Island. We will despatch to arrive on the day or as near to the requested date as possible.).

  8. Once you have selected your date of delivery, you will be taken to a summary of your order. If you are happy with your order, press the "Payment" button. This will take you to an ASB Payment screen.

  9. On this page you will asked whether you wish to pay by Visa or Mastercard. Click on the option you prefer, this will load a new page. On the new page you will be asked to enter your credit card number and expiry date. Once you have entered in your details, press the "Pay" button. You will see a "Payment Processing" page, once the payment has been successfully processed, you will be notified and then taken back to the Kiwi Hampers site.

  10. You will be greeted with the message "Thank you for your order. Your purchase was successful.". If you see this message, congratulations, you have completed your order!
